1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Translo (the "Application"), operated by the Translo team (hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Application and all related features and services. By downloading, installing, or using Translo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Translo is a multilingual translation application that provides text translation, voice translation, and bilingual dialogue translation across multiple languages. The Application uses third-party services (including Google Translate and Google Speech Recognition) to deliver translations. We strive to provide accurate results but cannot guarantee that every translation will be error-free.

3. License and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Application on your Android device in accordance with the Google Play terms and policies. You agree not to:

• Use the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Application or its servers;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application;
• Use our trademarks, logos, or intellectual property without prior written permission;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Application or its output without authorization.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you submit for translation and for ensuring you have the right to translate and store such content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and for any activity that occurs through your use of the Application.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The translations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose;
• The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Any defects in the Application will be corrected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Translo team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates third-party services (such as Google Translate and Google Speech Recognition). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party service.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes through in-App notices or by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or harms the interests of the Translo team or other users. You may also stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Translo team is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
